Boyfriend Dungeon DLC has Loserfruit as a weapon

Designed by Ghostwire Tokyo's Ikumi Nakamura!

New Boyfriend Dungeon DLC is planned for later this year and will star Kathleen ‘Loserfruit’ Belsten as a new weapon designed by Ghostwire Tokyo‘s Ikumi Nakamura.

Titled Secret Weapons, the DLC is “a substantial free update that will introduce new weapons, a new dungeon, and a mysterious, dateable new villain-weapon designed by… Ikumi Nakamura,” developer Kitfox Games detailed.

Secret Weapons will allow players to befriend or romance Jonah the Axe and Leah the Hammer, one of whom previously made a tantalizing cameo in the main game, but can now have a much more active role in players’ adventures around Verona Beach or join them as their trusty weapon when exploring Secret Weapons’ brand new playable dungeon.”

Loserfruit will voice the dungeon’s boss, Dr. Holmes the Whip, which can also be romanced. The character is shown above in both their forms.

“Designing Dr. Holmes was an exciting job for me,” said Nakamura. “It is truly an honor to be involved in indie development like this, and it is often exciting and educational to work and talk with the creators. We hope you all enjoy the new downloadable content.”

Boyfriend Dungeon is available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and Switch.
