Black Widow heads to theatres, Disney+ in July

Don't want to head out without a vaccine? No problem.

Black Widow is the next Marvel Studios feature film to be released, and will do so in both theatres and via Disney+ in July.

The film will be available from 9 July, and mirrors Disney+’s treatment of Raya and the Last Dragon in that Australians can choose to head out or stay at home to watch.

Like Raya, Black Widow will be priced at $29.99 USD/£19.99/$34.99 AUD via Disney+ and also requires an actual subscription to the streaming service.

Moreover, Disney and Marvel also confirmed that Shang-Chi, the next Marvel film, will be delayed from July to 3 September.

Will you head out to watch Black Widow in the theatre, or are you doing so from home?

Black Widow stars Scarlet Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and will debut on 9 July 2021.
