Bethesda, Village Roadshow team up for an Evil Within maze at Movie World

Village Roadshow Theme Parks and Bethesda today announced a partnership that will see an Evil Within maze at Warner Bros. Movie World as part of their “Fright Nights” event.

“Fright Nights”, now in its sixth year, will use The Evil Within as the inspiration for this year’s maze.

“With the introduction of The Evil Within, for the first time we can create a maze dedicated to bringing the gaming world to life,” Warner Bros. Movie World Brand Manager Selena Lawson said. “We are ecstatic to be partnering with such a highly-acclaimed interactive entertainment software company.”

“We are excited to be working with this world class theme park operator,” added Simon Alty, Managing Director of ZeniMax Australia, Bethesda’s parent company. “We can’t wait for people to both play the game and live the real-world experience this October.

Movie World’s “Fright Nights” will run on select nights during September and October. Warner Bros. Movie World is located up in Queensland along the Gold Coast.

The Evil Within will be available from 14 October on Windows PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Read our preview of the game here.
