Hurrah!
During its Fallout Day Broadcast, Bethesda announced new ways to pay for old games including Fallout 4 and Fallout New Vegas.
Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition
First, Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition will bundle the base game and all its DLC from 11 November here in Australia across PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, and PS5. It’ll then head to Switch 2 later in 2026.
In terms of new content, “Bethesda Game Studios also revealed that Creations are coming to Fallout 4, which means you’ll see even more new content heading to the Commonwealth,” the publisher said in a press release. “The Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition will feature a brand-new in-game Creations menu to help you easily discover and download content on PC and console.”
Those who already own Fallout 4 and some or all of its DLC will have the option to pay for an “upgrade” to the Anniversary Edition, as will those who play the game already on Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus.
Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition
Next, a PC-only New Vegas Ultimate Edition was announced, which bundles a New Vegas Ultimate Edition PC code with new items including:
- Victor Statue (8″ PVC): The friendly Securitron stands tall and is ready to roll
- Doc Mitchell’s Evaluation Cards (8×8 cardstock set):Straight from your first moments in Goodsprings, a true piece of New Vegas history
- Vault Boy Enamel Pin (1.5″):Vault Boy stacks the odds with poker chips in hand
- Mojave Express Patch (3.5″ × 1.9″):Woven, iron-on, and full of wasteland charm
- NCR Recon Patch (3.25″ × 3.5″): Woven, iron-on insignia of the New California Republic’s finest
- Collector’s Big Box: A throwback-style display box created exclusively for the anniversary
The edition will ship in 2026, priced at $154.99 USD on the US store, and the rather ambiguous $292.00 unknown currency on the international store.

Bethesda has previously announced Fallout 76 Burning Springs, which brings The Ghoul from the Fallout TV series into the game as a service. That can be expected in a full release from 3 December.
Happy Fallout Day, everyone!
