Battlefield 1: Open beta feedback means changes to Conquest, Rush and balancing

Battlefield 1 Lead World Designer, Daniel Berlin, has confirmed that the game will be altered after feedback based on its recent open beta.

“Every single issue you encounter, every bug reported, and all the feedback given is invaluable to us here within the development team,” Berlin asserted. “Trust me when I say that we listen closely to all of your comments.”

In Conquest mode, the ticketing system will be changed so that capturing points and getting kills both contribute to score.

In Rush, DICE will make “tweaks to the game mode as [developers] speak with your feedback as the backbone to the entire process.”

Finally, the Light Tank will be balanced, as players found it overpowered; Horses will also be looked in much the same way.

Battlefield 1 heads to Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 next month.
