Batman: Arkham Knight: Batgirl’s ID confirmed, additional voice cast announced

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today confirmed the identity of Batgirl (spoilers: it’s who you thought it was) and new in-game voice talent for Batman: Arkham Knight.

Joining the game’s cast are Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul) as Jim Gordon, Ashley Greene (The Twilight Saga) as Barbara Gordon, John Noble (Sleepy Hollow, Fringe) as Scarecrow and Scott Porter (Friday Night Lights, Hart of Dixie) as Nightwing.

Returning cast includes Kevin Conroy as Batman, Tara Strong as Harley Quinn, Troy Baker as Two-Face and Nolan North as Penguin.

As for Batgirl, it’s Barbara Gordon. Surprise! Now, watch as gamers argue over whether or not her “Season Pass” story-based DLC mission follows her path to Oracle at the hands of the Joker.

Batman: Arkham Knight will be available from 24 June on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
