Avengers may be doubling down on heroes again with She-Hulk

Two Hawkeyes. Two Thors... and now two Hulks?

Avengers will likely double-down on another hero, with the release of She-Hulk potentially leaked over Twitch recently.

An official Xbox stream of the title featured streamer Frank ‘Techniq’ Ellerbe alongside Avengers‘ Lead Designer Brain Waggoner. There, Techniq might have let the announcement slip a bit early.

“Maybe I shouldn’t say it!” Ellerbe began. “My acting coach is actually the voice of She-Hulk, and I won’t say her name because I don’t know if that was public knowledge yet… I think it is? It was announced?”

Waggoner appeared to be caught off guard, replying, “nope, we’ve never announced She-Hulk.”

You can watch the exchange below.

If true, this will be the third Avengers instance with two different versions of the same base-style character. We already have two versions of Hawkeye, two of Thor and now potentially two of Hulk.

It’s likely She-Hulk’s addition will be timed for the new Disney+ She-Hulk television show; the show’s expected in August and stars Orphan Black‘s Tatiana Maslany.

Avengers is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 and Stadia.
