Australian Centurion tank now available in World of Tanks

The Australian Centurion tank is now available inside World of Tanks, developer Wargaming has confirmed.

Active between 1950 and 1970, the Centurion notably reinforced firebases in the Vietnam War’s Battle of Coral–Balmoral in 1968.

“The Centurion Mk. 5/1 RAAC launching in World of Tanks PC represents one of the modifications of the postwar British tank Centurion Mk. V,” Wargaming advised.

The tanks is available today as an in-game Tier VIII vehicle and features reinforced front armour, improved machine guns and a more powerful engine.

World of Tanks is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4 and released its major 1.0 update in late March.
