Aussie-made Macabre hits Kickstarter goal in just 38 hours

Talk about a success.

The Aussie-made Macabre has hit its $85,000 AUD goal just 38 hours of being launched on Kickstarter, developer Weforge Studio has confirmed.

The news comes alongside a new trailer for the very shortly after its campaign launch for the horror-themed stealth extraction shooter.

A massive shout out to everyone who has supported us so far – you are amazing! But this is just the beginning,” said Weforge’s Jay Topping.

Why is getting 100% funded in the first 48 hours crucial? It signals to Kickstarter and the wider community that our project is worth backing,” Topping continued. “This can lead to front-page features, helping us reach our stretch goals faster. This is where things really get interesting, allowing us to add new maps and monster much sooner!”

If you want to support the title, there’s still time to do so here.

Macabre doesn’t have a release date as yet; it’s planned for Windows PC via Steam.
