Assassin’s Creed Valhalla release date earlier for Xbox Series X launch

The Assassin’s Creed Valhalla release date has been brought forward a week to coincide with the newly announced launch of the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X consoles, Ubisoft has today confirmed.

Originally scheduled for 17 November, Valhalla will now launch alongside the new next-gen consoles on 10 November.

It’s been a big night for Xbox Series console news — the Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X have both been confirmed for a 10 November launch, with pre-orders accepted from 22 September. The Xbox Series S has been priced at $499 AUD or $549 NZD, while the Xbox Series X has been priced at $749 AUD or $799 NZD. Local Xbox All Access finance plans haven’t been disclosed as yet.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla heads to Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, Stadia and maybe PS5 on 10 November. We previewed it here.
