Assassin’s Creed: Rebellion heading to iOS, Android

Assassin’s Creed: Rebellion was today confirmed for iOS and Android devices by Ubisoft and developer Behaviour Interactive.

The free-to-play strategy RPG is almost LEGO-like, as you can see in the teaser trailer below:

Much like Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Rebellion lets you manage your own guild of Assassins. More than 40 Assassins will be available in-game, including franchise favourites Ezio and Shao Jun. Twenty of the game’s Assassins have been created exclusively for Rebellion. The title is set in Spain during the Spanish Inquisition.

A release date on iOS and Android is not yet known, though you’ll need iOS 8 or Android 4.1 (on a device with 2GB RAM) to run it. We’ll keep you informed as we learn more.
