Ark Survival Ascended gets last-minute delay on Xbox Series S & X

Xbox certification strikes again?

Ark Survival Ascended has yet again been delayed, this time as a last-minute delay impacting Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X exclusively.

“Unfortunately, the certification process has yielded some unexpected issues, so we are working with Microsoft to resubmit the build as soon as possible,” Studio Wildcard said in a statement. “We’re currently targeting Ark Survival Ascended to launch early next week, and we hope to share a more precise update by the end of the week.”

While Studio Wildcard apologised for the delay, it also assured PlayStation players that the game is “still on track for launch at the end of this month.”

We’ll keep you up to date as to the new release date of Ark Survival Ascended on Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X as soon as it’s announced.

Ark Survival Ascended is a remaster of Ark Survival Evolved — not Ark 2 — and is planned for Windows PC, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PS5.
