Ark 2 announced, stars Vin Diesel

Ark 2 was today announced at The Game Awards, with Studio Wildcard putting none other than Vin Diesel front and centre.

You can check out the game’s first trailer below.

“ARK 2 thrusts players into a brutal new world of primitive survival against both beast and man, facing down the ever-present threats of hyper-realistic intelligent dinosaurs, aggressive alien fauna, and the exotic environments of an unearthly planet,” the developer said of the upcoming game, expected for release in 2022. “Survivors will continue ARK‘s dramatic eons-spanning story of humankind’s evolution, in this next-generation sandbox survival experience!”

The news comes as Studio Wildcard also confirmed that Vin Diesel “will join the Studio Wildcard production team as the President of Creative Convergence.”

Moreover, Studio Wildcard also announced Ark The Animated Series. The show will debut in 2022 and features a cavalcade of stars including Vin Diesel, Michelle Yeoh, Karl Urban, Deborah Mailman, Gerard Butler, Elliot Page, Malcolm McDowell, Russell Crowe and more.
