All amiibos will work with Hyrule Warriors

During today’s Nintendo Direct, the company confirmed that all upcoming amiibo figurines will work in the Wii U’s Hyrule Warriors.

While the Link amiibo will unlock Twilight Princess‘ Spinner weapon, other figurines will randomly unlock weapons, materials or rupee caches.

Amiibos will be available alongside Super Smash Bros. for Wii U later this month.
