The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Xbox One beats its nemesis, delay; available digitally now

Despite an “indefinite” delay on the platform, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is currently available for purchase and digital download on the Xbox One Games Store.

It’s available for $60 USD on the American store, and $65 CAD on the Canadian store. Australian availability hasn’t yet been confirmed, but there are ways around that if you’re super-interested in the game.

“We are working with Microsoft in an effort to release The Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game on Xbox One,” Activision told Joystiq a week ago. “Currently, the game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and the PC on April 29, 2014 as previously announced.”

Will you be heading to the Xbox One Games Store to pick Amazing Spider-Man 2 up on Xbox One?

We’ve asked Activision for comment on this matter.
