The Amazing Spider-Man 2 to be available digitally on Xbox One alongside other versions; retail edition to follow

Activision has confirmed that The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be released digitally on Xbox One alongside digital and retail copies of other versions of the game tomorrow. An Xbox One retail release will follow in mid-May.

The news comes after Activision said the Xbox One version of the game would be indefinitely delayed.

Activision wouldn’t comment on why the game was delayed, or why the digital version was able to be released as expected.

This means The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be available tomorrow on Wii U, 3DS, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in Australia.
