AFL Evolution due in first half of 2017; vote on its cover star now

The AFL took to its website today to further detail AFL Evolution.

Available in the first half of 2017 on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4, AFL Evolution is a joint product of Wicked Witch Software and Tru Blu Entertainment.

It was revealed that all 18 AFL clubs have participated in photo shoots, using 24 cameras to simultaneously capture the likenesses of their players.

Moreover, the AFL’s website is asking for fans to vote on the game’s cover star. Available athletes include:

  • Josh Schache (Brisbane)
  • Patrick Cripps (Carlton)
  • Adam Terloar (Collingwood)
  • Zach Merrett (Essendon)
  • Lachie Neale (Fremantle)
  • Nakia Cockatoo (Geelong)
  • Tom Lynch (Gold Coast)
  • Jeremy Cameron (Greater Western Sydney)
  • James Sicily (Hawthorn)
  • Jesse Hogan (Melbourne)
  • Ben Brown (North Melbourne)
  • Chad Wingard (Port Adelaide)
  • Nick Vlastuin (Richmond)
  • Tim Membrey (St Kilda)
  • Isaac Heeney (Sydney)
  • Jeremy McGovern (West Coast)
  • Marcus Bontempelli (Western Bulldogs)
