Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp delayed into 2022

Another one bites the dust.

Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp has been delayed into 2022, Nintendo has today advised.

“Hello, troops! [Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp], which was set to launch on 12/3, will now release for [Nintendo Switch] in spring 2022,” Nintendo said on Twitter.

“The game just needs a little more time for fine tuning. You’ll be battling with Andy & friends soon! Thanks for your patience.”

First announced during this year’s E3, the remake bundles versions of the first two Advanced Wars titles, which were first released on Game Boy Advance in 2001 and 2003, respectively.

Spring 2022 corresponds to autumn 2022 here in Australia; we’ll keep you informed as we learn more.

Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp heads to Nintendo Switch in 2022.
