Activision officially confirms Call of Duty: Ghosts; teaser trailer attached

Last night, Activision officially confirmed the next game in the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Developed by Infinity Ward, “the new title delivers a riveting all-new gameplay experience built on an entirely new story, setting and cast of characters, all powered by a new, next generation Call of Duty engine that redefines the series for the next generation,” Activision said.

Gamers will get their first real look at Call of Duty: Ghosts at the Xbox Reveal event on 22 May — that’s at 3.00 am AEST for us — but for now, here’s a Ghosts teaser trailer.

Call of Duty: Ghosts will be available from 5 November on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS4 and the next-gen Xbox.
