A new Yoshi’s Island game announced at last night’s 3DS Nintendo Direct

At last night’s Nintendo Direct, a new Yoshi’s Island game was announced for 3DS.

“Yoshi and Baby Mario are back with flutter jumps, ground pounds and egg throws, plus a host of new actions that use the unique features of Nintendo 3DS,” said Nintendo Australia.

Nintendo Australia also confirmed that more details of the third Yoshi’s Island —  including launch timing — will be announced in the future.
