A new Metro game seems set for 2017

The Metro 2035 website has announced that a new Metro video game is expected next year.

“It all adds up to something,” the site reads, referring to the next Metro title. “Where the books end their story, the game will pick it up. An era of great discoveries lies ahead…”

Metro titles were first published by THQ, before the IP was purchased by Deep Silver in the wake of THQ’s collapse.

We reviewed Metro: Redux, a bundle of both Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light, here.
