The 3DS gets new StreetPass mini-games, 100 strong StreetPass limit

Nintendo announced five new StreetPass games for the 3DS alongside improved StreetPass support.

From today, you’ll be able to play StreetPass Racer, Trader, Chef, Explorer and Ninja.

Racer or Trader can be grabbed for free, while the rest of the titles are $3.90 AUD each, or as a bundle for $11.70 AUD.

Moreover, Nintendo advised that users will be able to collect 100 StreetPasses at one time, as opposed to the current limit of just 10. A new Quick Plaza feature will help you breeze by all the new additions to your collection as a result.

The expanded StreetPass collection feature will be part of StreetPass Premium.
