Zelda: Breath of the Wild guide: Make rupees fast with this trick

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has a multitude of items to buy, but to do so, you’ll need rupees. Here’s how to get ’em quick.

First, you’ll need to find Lurelin Village. It’s in the southeast corner of Hyrule. The Yah Rin Shrine is northwest of the village — it’s useful to use that location as a fast travel point.

Once there, head for the shack with Cloyne inside.

At this point, hit the + button and save your game.

Speak with Cloyne and bet 100 rupees. You’ll then have a 1-in-3 chance to find a Gold rupee worth 300 rupees.

If you pick the right chest — and it’s randomised after you bet — you win big. If you don’t, finish up, reload your save and try again. Rinse, repeat.

Enjoy your newfound rupees!
