Mortal Kombat 11 is out now and we’ve got a handy guide to perform a Mercy if you’re feeling generous to your opponent.
The Mercy move can be used when you see “Finish Her!” or “Finish Him!” onscreen and will give your opponent a bit of their health back. You’ll receive 15,000 points for the finisher… but you can also chain a more fruitful Fatality or Brutality after you beat your foe up again for even more points.
To perform a Mercy, do the following at mid-range: Hold L2 + Down, Down, Down + Release L2
If done correctly, you’ll see a beam of light restore some health to your foe. Beat ’em up again and then use our handy Fatalities guide to rip their head off or something.
Mortal Kombat 11 is available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Switch.
