Destiny: “Rise of Iron”: Here’s how to get the Exotic Thorn

Destiny‘s newest expansion, “Rise of Iron”, is now available and with it comes new Exotic weaponry. In this guide, we’ll show you how to get the new Exotic Thorn.

Here’s each step of the quest.

  • Echoes of Darkness: Face “The Wretched Eye” Strike and defeat Kovik, the Devil Splicers’ high priest. This can be done on any difficulty.
  • Harvest of the Lesser: Wipe out Fallen in the Plaguelands to feed the weapon’s appetite. You have to kill a lot of Splicers for this one. A LOT.
  • Feast Upon the Light: Use Void Damage to defeat Guardians in the Crucible. This requires you to kill around 125 Guardians with Void weaponry or abilities. Private matches do not count toward this tally.
  • Cleansed by The Light: Consume Motes of Light to Cleanse yourself and the weapon. You’ll need five Motes of Light for this.
  • Where it Began: You’ll have to use a Skeleton Key and open the Strike Chest at the end of “The Abomination Heist” Strike.

Enjoy!
