Destiny 2: When to expect Xur, the Raid and more

Bungie has recently detailed when to expect cherished Destiny 2 events like Trials and the arrival of Exotic vendor Xur.

The game’s weekly reset occurs Tuesday nights here in Australia. With Destiny 2‘s first weekly reset comes a new Nightfall Strike, The Inverted Spire, a new Flashpoint (Nessus). A day later, on Wednesday night, we’ll gain access to the game’s first Raid, Leviathan.

The Trials of the Nine, a new take on Trials of Osiris, will kick off alongside the arrival of Xur on Friday night. For those unaware of Xur, he’s a mysterious vendor who’ll be selling Exotics for Legendary Shards.

It’s believed that a game’s Achievement or Trophy is also tied to meeting Xur for the first time.

Destiny 2 is available now on Xbox One and PS4. It heads to Windows PC on 24 October.
