Alan Wake 2 Lake House passcode guide: Estevez the hacker

Stuck on a puzzle? We can help!

Alan Wake 2‘s Lake House DLC is now available, and it comes with a couple puzzles to solve. If you’re stuck, we thankfully can help.

As Agent Estevez explores the Federal Bureau of Control’s Lake House, she’ll encounter a computer computers locked by passcodes. This guide is all about telling you what those passcodes are and will help you earn the Hard Work Achievement or Trophy.

Passcode 1: Lobby

One of the first things you’ll encounter in Lake House is one of the Dr Marmont’s computers, locked with a passcode that seemingly changes each day.

The passcode for this PC is 180738. That corresponds to a nearby document detailing July 18 as the date of the Lake House facility’s opening, plus another nearby doco that says Hedy Lamarr designed a torpedo guidance system at the age of 38.

Unlocking this PC will open up a door that provides you with your Security Clearance 01 keycard.

Passcode 2: Level 2

This PC is found in the cells area of level 2, and is unique because a post-it note stuck to the monitor tells you what the passcode is.

As a result, the passcode for this PC is 123456. That corresponds to a doco that details an upcoming date (09/22) and another doco that details 25 in relation to a painting.

Passcode 3: Level 2

The passcode for this PC is 092225. That corresponds to a doco that details an upcoming date (09/22) and another doco that details 25 in relation to a painting.

Passcode 4: Level 1

This one, located near a fancy new weapon, is again given away by a post-it note on the top-right corner of the monitor.

The passcode for this PC is 021219.

Passcode 5: Level 4

Another easy one — this passcode is also on a sticky note on the monitor.

The passcode for this PC is 685298.
