We've got the juicy embed that you want.

The Game Awards 2023 Australian start time is 11.15 am AEDT on Friday, 8 December. We’ve got the awards show embedded below if you’d like to watch!

That corresponds, of course, to the following times around the country:

  • Western Australia: 8.15 am AEST
  • Northern Territory: 9.45 am ACST
  • Queensland: 10.15 am AEST
  • South Australia: 10.45 am ACDT
  • Victoria/New South Wales/Tasmania: 11.15 am AEDT

We’ve got the event’s 4K YouTube stream below for easy access.

Big-hitters like Baldur’s Gate, Spider-Man 2, Alan Wake 2 and The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom have the most nominations and are expected to pick up some awards. You can see the full list of nominations here.

While Stevivor’s a member of the awards’ voting jury, you can have your own say in who picks up an award on the day. Voting is still open and closes at 1.00 pm AEDT on December 7 here in Australia (6.00 pm PT in the USA). If you need more information on how to vote, we’ve got you covered right here.

The Game Awards 2023 is streamed live from Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Geoff Keighley is the host of the event, which will also feature a number of celebrities and musical acts. We’re most looking forward to Alan Wake 2‘s Poets of the Fall, who’ll be performing as their in-game counterparts, the Old Gods of Asgard.
