Skate 4: EA Community Manager teases new game with recent tweet

An EA Community Manager has either made or broken the hearts of Skate fans around the world today.

Senior Manager for Community Engagement at EA, Daniel Lingen, has taken to Twitter with a rather simple tweet, as spotted by NeoGAF:

No other context was provided.

Was this a cruel trick, or the start of a media campaign announcing Skate 4? We’re not sure, but there is reason to be excited: Skate 3 was recently added to the Xbox One backwards compatibility program, and will soon head to the EA Access Vault. With this type of momentum, wouldn’t a new title in the series make sense?

EA’s been tight-lipped since. We’ll keep you informed as we learn more.
