Users of NeoGAF have taken to the popular forum to discuss a screenshot that suggests the villainous Darkseid will be offered as a pre-order bonus for Injustice 2.
The screenshot, seen below, was taken on a PS4. It’s unclear if Darkseid would be a console exclusive at this point.
“Pre-order Injustice 2 to play as Darkseid, one of the greatest villains in the universe,” the pre-order page reads. “Available at launch.”
News of Darkseid was accompanied by teases from developer NetherRealm and Sony, each suggesting we’ll learn more of the title on 17 January.

OG baddie Goro was offered as a pre-order bonus for NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat X, so it’s likely the Darkseid news is legit.
