Pokémon GO: Robbers using Pokéstop Lures to facilitate armed hold ups

The O’Fallon Missouri Police Department today warns Pokémon Go players that robbers are using the popular application to rob others.

The Police say robbers are using Pokéstop Lures to draw out and rob players who arrive at the landmark looking for Pokémon.

Over this weekend, a 19 year old girl in Wyoming discovered a dead body whilst playing Pokémon Go.

Be careful out there, trainers — if you’re going out at night, best to bring a buddy.
