Evolve has gone free-to-play

Turtle Rock Studios and 2K have announced that Evolve is going free-to-play.

In beta on PC, the free-to-play version of the 4v1 shooter includes 7 Hunters, 24 Monsters and assorted Perks.

Those who’ve previously purchased Evolve and DLC will find that content carries forward into the free-to-play version. Those who’ve purchased are known as Founders, and will receive 3,000 Silver Keys alongside all past and future Hunter and Monster adaptions.

The game will be making its way to Xbox One and PS4 once the Windows PC beta is complete.
