Nintendo: NX, Zelda both coming out in 2017; NX won’t be at E3 this year

As part of a press release detailing investor relations, Nintendo confirmed that both the new Nintendo NX console and the next iteration of The Legend of Zelda won’t be released until 2017.

While the NX has a confirmed release date of March 2017, Nintendo also stated that the NX will not be shown at E3 this year.

Zelda, meanwhile, doesn’t have a set release date for next year, though it has been confirmed for 2017. Zelda was confirmed for both the NX and the Wii U. The Wii U version of Zelda will be the publisher’s only playable game at E3 this year.

We’ll have more on the NX and Zelda as it becomes available.
