Fallout 4: Say hello to Boston’s Wasteland

Though a locale wasn’t specifically named, Fallout 4‘s reveal trailer seems to suggest we’re going to be headed to the Wastelands of Boston, Massachusetts.

In the recently-release reveal trailer, you can glimpse several Boston landmarks, including the USS Constitution, Fenway Park, the statue of Paul Revere, Bunker Hill and the Massachusetts State House.

Fenway Park seems to be a town square of sorts, reminiscent of Megaton in Fallout 3, while Bunker Hill draws obvious comparisons to the Washington Monument from the same game.

I don’t know about you, gamers, but I developed a deep-seated love for Washington — despite never having actually been there  — thanks to Fallout 3. Think the same will be said of Boston via Fallout 4?

We’ll have more on the newly announced game at E3.
