Lindsay Lohan sues Rockstar Games over GTA V character

Actress Lindsay Lohan has filed a lawsuit against Rockstar Games, alleging that the developer borrowed her likeness for the Grand Theft Auto V character Lacey Jonas.

Logan alleges that the character of Jonas directly uses her voice, image and personal stylings, right down to her struggles with the paparazzi.

The suit also draws attention to Jonas living in a Los Santos hotel for months, a spoof of Lohan’s own residency in West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont. The suit says that plot point is an “unequivocal” reference to Lohan.

Lohan is asking for an unspecified amount in damages.

Grand Theft Auto V is heading to Xbox One, PS4 and Windows PC soon.
