NBA 2K18’s The Prelude demo has PlayStation Trophies but not Xbox Achievements

NBA 2K18‘s special demo, The Prelude, will ship with PlayStation Trophies but not Xbox Achievements.

The Prelude was also offered as a demo for NBA 2K17 and included both Achievements and Trophies — and easy ones, at that. This year, 2K has opted not to support Achievements.

The confirmation comes from Xbox’s support channel on Twitter:

It’s confirmed that the title does support PlayStation Trophies.

We’ve gone to 2K for clarification on the matter.

Are you upset that you cannot earn 1,000 gamerscore in The Prelude?
