Overwatch is now live, but be prepared for a bit of a wait…

Blizzard is reminding players that there may be a bit of a wait this morning when trying to play Overwatch.

The game technically went live at 9.00 am AEST, though we’ve had troubles playing already on Xbox One. See above for our error.

Blizzard said you might be placed in a queue before playing, but we imagine that takes place after connecting to Overwatch servers.

As always, it’s probably best to exercise a bit of patience this morning.

Have you been able to start playing Overwatch?

Update [9.21am AEST]: Looks like smooth sailing now — we’ve been able to access game servers and get a game. Are you experiencing the same? Sound off in the comments area, below.
