E3 2018 tickets will go on sale next week, organiser ESA announced today.
Two types of tickets will be available to the general public this year: an early bird gamer pass and a standard gamer pass. Only 1,000 early bird tickets will be available, sold at a price of $149 USD. After that allocation has been exhausted, further gamer passes will be sold at $249 USD until sold out.
“E3 is open to gamers on a first-come, first-served basis and the number of passes is limited,” E3’s registration page reads, though it’s unclear how many passes are up for grabs.
Pass will go on sale at 5.00 am AEDT on 13 February (or 12.00 pm EST on 12 February for our North American friends) right here.
Finally, a $995 USD business pass is also available and can be purchased now. It provides early access to the exhibition on 12 and 13 June, alongside extended access to exhibitors and VIPs.
This will mark the second year that E3 has opened its doors to the general public… though it didn’t seem to go that well last year.
