ABC iview launches on PS4 today

PlayStation 4 owners can add yet another video streaming service to their console with the launch of ABC iview for PS4 today.

The latest version of ABC iview allows PlayStation 4 (with PS3 getting the updated version soon) owners to navigate, browse and view digital video content easily and on their big-screen. ABC iview was the first video streaming service on consoles in Australia when it launched for PS3 in 2009.

According to ABC’s Head of TV Strategy and Digital Products Rebecca Heap, “In 2014 ABC iview was the number one internet TV service in Australia with more than 20 million plays per month and a 29% year on year increase in weekly program plays. We are delighted to be launching ABC iview on PS4 and will continue to be the home of Australian stories for our audience on all their screens with the best user experience.”

Queue the download of the app up here or simply browse the PlayStation Store on your console to download the app.
