Microsoft’s Mike Ybarra took to Twitter to answer questions on Xbox 360 game redemption on Xbox One.
Xbox 360 games as part of the Games with Gold program will soon be accessible to grab from the Xbox One itself. That is, only the backwards compatible titles — of which all 360 games in the program from here on in will be — can be found under My Games and Apps after you own them.
On BC: You need to redeem the 360 GwG from https://t.co/PbyrniKxQW then they will show up in your Ready to Install on Xbox One at launch.

Backwards compatible games outside the program but still owned — and compatible — will also show under My Games and Apps.
Update: Thanks for telling us we were wrong, Beau!
