More Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain news from the Tokyo Game Show today as we’re introduced to Big Boss’s (Snake) new best pal, DD or Diamond Dog.
A support character for Big Boss, DD is a wolf who, like Sniper Quiet, is able to help out on missions later in the game. Leaving him with Ocelot for training he becomes available once he’s ready.
Big Boss finds the orphaned DD next to his parents’ dead bodies and so the grizzled soldier adopts him. DD even gets his own eye-patch to match Big Boss. Cute.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be available on Windows PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
