The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes update improves matchmaking, adds Den of Trials

A new update for The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes should be dropping some time tomorrow and is bringing some nice new features to the co-operative title.

The update features an improved matchmaking system that determines your play style via a quick questionnaire before matching you with suitable comrades. It also adds a blocking feature so that if you find any particularly nasty individuals you can avoid being matched with them in the future.

On top of this the new Den of Trials is coming with this update that adds 30 brand spanking new stages for you and your buddies to clear through. The Den will require you to clear each area of enemies before you can advance and is a rather large addition to the game.

Finally the update will also bring two new outfits to the game, Linebeck’s Uniform and Fierce Deity Armor, both of which are from previous Zelda games. Linebeck’s will allow the player to see inside of treasure chests to check for potential traps while the Fierce Deity Armor adds a four way laser attack to your player.

The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes released 22 October on 3DS and the new update is due 2 December in the Americas.
