Star Wars: Battlefront doesn’t have a Death Star map (so stop asking)

EA and DICE really want you all to stop asking if Star Wars: Battlefront has a Death Star map. For the record: it does not.

“We will not offer a Death Star based map. But stay tuned for details around the maps we will offer,” the game’s Community Managers confirmed on via a Reddit thread.

It’s not all bad news: Star Destroyers will appear in the game. Kinda.

“Yes you will see them [Star Destroyers] within maps, but you can’t physically shoot them down,” the same Community Managers reported. “But the progression of how you’re playing will influence the Battles beyond the players’ battle.”

Star Wars: Battlefront will be available on PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC from 17 November.
