Saints Row IV and standalone expansion “Gat out of Hell” coming to current-gen

Saints Row fans are in for as treat as Deep Silver has announced two pieces of content.

First up is the current-gen port of Saints Row IV subtitled Re-Elected. The PS4 and Xbox One version of the 3rd Street Saints most recent adventure includes a slight graphical overhaul and all previously released DLC.

Saints Row IV: Re-Elected launches next year on the same day as a brand new standalone expansion dubbed “Gat out of Hell.” Players step into the hell bound shoes of Johnny Gat as he battles demons, historical figures and even the devil himself. The expansion also allows players to play as Kinzie Kensington and features all the hallmarks of a Saints Row game.

“Gat out of Hell” will be available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The current-gen version of the expansion will use players’ Saints Row IV: Re-Elected save files and feature their customised boss in cutscenes.

Both Saints Row IV: Re-Elected and “Gat out of Hell” will be available 30 January 2015.
