Report: Arkham Knight PC fix not coming until September at the earliest

According to a leaked internal EB Games email (via Kotaku Australia) a fix to the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight’s woes won’t be happening until Spring.

According to the leaked correspondence EB will now return all PC copies of Arkham Knight to Warner Bros. as the delay in correcting the is unacceptable. “[W]e have stopped sales of Batman: Arkham Knight PC while Warner and Rocksteady work on addressing performance issues with the game. The latest information from Warner is that the updates won’t be available until Spring. Due to this we have made the difficult decision to recall all PC stock from stores to return to the vendor until an acceptable solution is released.”

As noted by Kotaku, Spring is a vague time frame, but means that a fix won’t be coming until September at the earliest. Arkham Knight has suffered a disastrous launch on PC, with sales totally suspended until such a time as it can be fixed.

Batman: Arkham Knight is available now for PS4 and Xbox One and it is glorious.
