Phil Spencer spoke about future updates to the Xbox One on Twitter recently, outlining that “(the Xbox One preview program) is going to get interesting in the next few months.” Answering a query from one fan, Spencer also said “Speeding up the UI is high on our like of improvements”.
@thekeenpaladin Preview is going to get interesting in the next few months. The members do a great job with the Quests etc, we'll need it.

With the Xbox One screenshot feature a bit tough to use with UI delays and the snap features feeling a bit sluggish this is welcome news. The Xbox One UI certainly doesn’t suffer some of the issues the Xbox 360 had, especially when accessing a large game library, but there is plenty of room for improvement. Xbox One Preview Program members will be finding out soon exactly what some of those improvements are.
@gabrielpina4 @thekeenpaladin Speeding up the UI is high on our list of improvements we want to make.
