Overwatch on Switch would be “very challenging”, says Blizzard

Overwatch would be “very challenging” to bring to the Nintendo Switch, Blizzard’s Jeff Kaplan has said.

Kaplan took to Reddit to first confess his love of Nintendo’s consoles.

“I’m loving the Switch!” he said. “My second favourite gaming platform of all time is the 3DS!”

He then downplayed the chances of Overwatch on the Switch, sadly.

“Getting [Overwatch] on the Switch is very challenging for us,” he continued.

Kaplan concluded by giving fans just a sliver of hope.

“But we’re always open minded about exploring possible platforms,” he finished.

What do you think the chances are we’ll see Overwatch on Switch? The shooter is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
