Mortal Kombat X koming to mobile platforms in April

Much like the Batman: Arkham Origins and Injustice Gods Among Us mobile apps developed by NetherRealm, Mortal Kombat X will also have its own mobile companion, launching in April.

Developed by NetherRealm, the app will be coming to iOS and Android devices and will be a fighting/card collecting hybrid. It will feature multiplayer, Fatalities, x-rays and favourite characters from the franchise including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden and new combatants making their debut in Mortal Kombat X.

Like with Batman and Injustice players will be able to link their WB accounts to the Mortal Kombat X app and unlock content across the console/PC and mobile versions.

Mortal Kombat X will be available for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One 14 April. The companion app will be available for iOS and Android in April 2015.
