Lindsay Lohan’s lawsuit against Rockstar Games over a Grand Theft Auto V character has finally been dismissed.
Lohan sued Rockstar over Lacey Jonas, a character that was used quite heavily in the game’s promotional materials.
Last week, a Manhattan appeals court ruled that Lohan’s suit be dismissed, as the “video game’s unique story, characters, dialogue, and environment, combined with the player’s ability to choose how to proceed in the game, render it a work of fiction and satire.”
We first learned of the lawsuit back in 2014.
