Potentially. According to a posting on Docs for PlayStation (on official site that hosts manuals and game guides) Journey will be released for PS4 on 21 July.
Journey’s entry on Docs for PlayStation states that it’s currently in beta and the beta version was released 24 June. Journey will be coming to PS4 individually and as a part of the thatgamecompany collection.
The PS4 port of Journey is being handled by Tricky Pixels and if the Docs for PlayStation post is accurate it will be available on 21 July.
